Effective from 9 October 2026.
In short: without an account, everything stays on your phone. An account is optional — if you sign in, a copy of your save goes to your account in the cloud so it can move with you to a new phone. There are no ads and we sell nothing.
Without an account: everything on your phone
Tasks, habits, your bucket list, notes, your pet's name and look, the history of your days and the app's settings are stored in your device's memory. Until you sign in, we send them nowhere and have no access to them.
If you have iCloud or Google backup turned on, they may end up in your own backup — under Apple's or Google's rules and without our involvement.
Account and cloud copy
In the menu you can sign in with Apple or Google. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). When you do, we store:
- an account identifier and the email address that Apple or Google passed on (with Apple it is often a relay address we do not know);
- a copy of the app's save: tasks, habits, bucket list, notes, your pet, the history of your days and settings;
- up to five earlier versions of that copy, in case two phones ever save different things.
The copy lives in a Cloud Firestore database (Google) on servers in the European Union. Only your account can access it. We use it only to keep your data the same on every phone you sign in on — that is the service you ask for by signing in (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Signing out leaves everything on your phone. Delete account in the menu removes the account and every copy in the cloud right away; the data on your phone is left untouched.
Subscription
Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details. RevenueCat checks the state of your subscription for us: it receives information about the purchase from your store and, if you are signed in, your account identifier, so that the subscription works on every phone of yours. You cancel a subscription in your store's settings; deleting your account in the app does not stop it.
Anonymous statistics
The app counts how it is used: how many tasks were added and ticked off, how many hearts your pet lost, how often you come back. PostHog is used for this. These are plain numbers — task names, your pet's name and your habits never get into them, and the statistics are not linked to your account. You can turn them off with one switch in Settings.
What we do not do
- There are no ads and no profiling.
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the providers named above, who process it on our behalf.
- We do not read your tasks.
Microphone and speech recognition
You can dictate a task instead of typing it. Only then does the app ask for access to the microphone and to the system's speech recognition.
We do not store or send recordings. Only the text comes back to the app and immediately becomes the content of the task. Depending on your phone's settings, Apple may process the recording on its servers — that is subject to Apple's privacy policy, which we have no influence over.
Without microphone access the rest of the app works normally. You simply type your tasks.
Notifications
The app schedules reminders before a task's deadline. Notifications are composed locally on your phone — there is no push server and nothing about them leaves the device. Refusing permission only turns reminders off.
Bug reports
The text you write in a report goes through a small server that delivers it to our inbox — together with the app version, the system version and the language. The content of your tasks is never mixed in.
Where data goes outside the EU
Google, RevenueCat and PostHog are US companies. Where data may leave the European Union, the transfer rests on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port and object to your data. You can delete everything held in your account yourself, in the app, with “Delete account”. For a copy of your data or anything else, write to us — we will answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland, or with the supervisory authority in your country.
Changes
When we change what we store and where, we will update this document and say so in the update notes.

Konto i kopia w chmurze
Zapisujemy wtedy:
- identyfikator konta i adres e-mail, który przekazał Apple lub Google (przy Apple często jest to adres zastępczy, którego nie znamy);
- kopię zapisu apki: zadania, nawyki, bucket listę, notatki, pupila, historię dni i ustawienia;
Mikrofon i rozpoznawanie mowy
Zadanie można podyktować zamiast wpisywać. Dopiero wtedy apka prosi o dostęp do mikrofonu i systemowego rozpoznawania mowy.
Powiadomienia
Apka planuje przypomnienia przed terminem zadania.
Google, RevenueCat i PostHog to firmy z USA. Tam, gdzie dane mogą opuścić Unię Europejską, przekazanie odbywa się na podstawie EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework albo standardowych klauzul umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską.
Twoje prawa
